Karson Wynne is the CEO and Principal Consultant of EAM Specialists. He brings more than 30 years of hands-on experience across federal, utility, and industrial environments, combining frontline maintenance knowledge with enterprise asset management strategy and organizational leadership.

Karson specializes in helping asset-intensive organizations build practical, repeatable systems for maintenance planning and scheduling, work management, backlog reduction, reliability improvement, and workforce performance. His approach begins with people and process—establishing clear roles, disciplined workflows, meaningful performance measures, and alignment between maintenance, operations, and leadership.

As an instructor and workshop facilitator, Karson translates complex concepts into tools teams can use immediately. His programs combine proven frameworks with real operational examples, templates, checklists, and working sessions designed to improve execution after the training ends.

Karson also helps organizations get greater value from IBM Maximo, Visual Planner, and other EAM technologies by connecting system capabilities to the way work is planned, scheduled, executed, and measured. He is a Colorado Master Electrician and is committed to helping organizations create safer, more reliable, and more productive operations.
