1-day, 8-hour course. Work through representative mobile workflows, common exceptions and an integrated cross-role case to assess readiness for a bounded deployment.
Discuss private trainingConnect correct asset identity and usable field information with mobile execution, recovery and supervisor review. This one-day edition combines representative role workflows with one integrated case, giving teams a practical basis for a bounded deployment decision.
Agenda: leadership and program decisions; identifiers, QR labeling and asset verification; deployment, offline recovery and current-document access; operations, safety and work control; technician workflow; parts inventory and tool custody; an integrated case, handoff and coaching; rollout and support decisions.
Participants will learn how to:
• Verify physical identity and connect asset observations to the correct record.
• Plan secure field use and test capture, reconnection, reconciliation and acceptance.
• Recognize current-information and work-authority boundaries during operations and maintenance.
• Review technician notes and visual evidence for usable, accurate handoffs.
• Apply distinct controls to asset observations, parts movements and tool custody.
• Route exceptions to their owners and use supervisor review to support adoption.
• Define prerequisites and next steps for a bounded rollout.
Duration: one 8-hour elapsed day, comprising 6 teaching hours, 1 hour of breaks and 1 hour of lunch. Selected practice and a 65-minute integrated case provide fewer repetitions and exception variants than the two-day course. Detailed annual asset-inventory program design and full support/cutover work require additional depth.
