About EAM Specialists

Practical expertise. Disciplined systems. Measurable progress.

The brand should feel as disciplined and practical as the work we deliver. EAM Specialists helps asset-intensive organizations improve reliability by connecting asset management strategy, maintenance planning and scheduling, data discipline, technology, and frontline execution.

Our approach

An operating system, not a one-off project.

Most EAM programs stall not for lack of technology, but for lack of a disciplined system connecting people, process, data, and tools. We work inside that system with you — assessing where it breaks down, building the standards that hold it together, and staying close enough to the frontline to know whether it's actually working.

That means plain language over jargon, defined ownership over vague accountability, and repeatable work systems over one-time fixes.

Why it matters

Reliability is a discipline, not an accident.

Organizations that treat asset management as a strategic discipline — not an IT project or a maintenance afterthought — see it in uptime, in cost control, and in how confidently frontline teams can plan their work. That's the standard we hold every engagement to.

Leadership

30+ years of hands-on experience in the field.

Karson Wynne founded EAM Specialists after more than three decades across maintenance, reliability, and enterprise asset management. He's a Colorado Master Electrician who led maintenance teams and major hydropower operations for the U.S. Bureau of Reclamation, then served as GSA's Maximo Program Manager, supporting more than 700 federal facilities and over 20 million square feet.

"Technology enables maintenance excellence. People, process, and leadership make it real."
