This instructor-led course helps maintenance organizations establish or strengthen the complete planning and scheduling cycle—from work identification and backlog management through job planning, multi-week scheduling, weekly schedule commitment, execution, feedback, and performance measurement.
Participants work through practical frameworks, examples, templates, and exercises based on real maintenance environments. IBM Maximo, Visual Planner, and other technologies are addressed as process enablers, but the course remains centered on the behaviors, roles, decisions, and workflows required to produce sustainable results.
Participants will learn how to:
