4-hour focused workshop. Explore connected mobile workflows, work through guided cross-role cases and define an owned pilot or preparation plan.
Discuss private trainingBuild a practical view of how mobile work connects field users, asset records, current information and accountable handoffs. This focused workshop uses selected guided cases to expose readiness gaps and shape a bounded next step.
Agenda: leadership decision and exit; asset identity, QR labeling, deployment and offline recovery; operations, safety and work control; technician workflow; separate cases for physical asset inventory, parts stock and tool custody; an integrated handoff case; and a deployment decision.
Participants will learn how to:
• Start with a user problem and connect it to a defined mobile workflow.
• Check asset identity, data ownership, device readiness and current information.
• Distinguish captured or queued information from an accepted business transaction.
• Review operator and technician handoffs, including site-controlled safety and work authority.
• Recognize the different controls for asset inventory, parts and tools.
• Assign validation tasks and an owned pilot or preparation plan.
Duration: 4 hours elapsed, comprising 230 teaching minutes and a 10-minute break. The 40-minute leadership opening provides an exit point for executives; process and program owners continue. Guided cases and the integrated exercise support focused decisions rather than proficiency across every role.
